After putting off cleaning his own grill for a few years, the founder (Now the “Chief Grill Doc”) went to the store for some cleaning supplies, put on his gloves, and dove into a very dirty grill. Not too long into this chore, he wondered…”With all the pest, lawn, pool and house cleaning services out there, who could he hire to take on this grungy and time consuming task.” Unfortunately, he was already elbows deep into the job when he had this thought. 90 minutes later, there was a clean and shiny grill (plus, a sore back). Though proud and anxious to grill up his marinating chicken, he took a moment to do a search for such a service in the area to have on hand for next year. NOTHING! Say what???
Intrigued by the idea of working for himself again, he saw the opportunity and came up with a business model. In talking to friends and neighbors, no one had heard of such a service, but everyone loved the idea. So, he started learning everything he could about grills and the cleaning process. In August of 2014 Grill Docs made our first “house call” and we have been making grills/customers happy ever since.
Grill Docs is the first and only professional BBQ Grill cleaning company in the Treasure Valley. We are locally owned and excited to service our neighbors in Boise, Meridian and Eagle.
